Terrible Customer Service

Emailed multiple times about my order but never got a response. Took over 4 months to get my order when the website lists a few weeks. Not communicating the delay or responding to any of my emails was very frustrating. Packaging was also very disappointing. Arrived in a small box with no note or anything.
